The admissions schedule is based on the 2026 Ministry of National Education Central Examination Application Guide for Secondary Education Institutions Admitting Students by Examination.

Information about admissions will be published on our website if places become available.
NOTE: From 5 August 2026, admissions will be handled through transfers under the 2026 Central Examination Application Guide for Secondary Education Institutions. Parents must carry out transfer procedures in person.
Admissions 2026–2027
1 - General Information
- For preparatory classes, pre-registration will be completed online.
- Pre-registration applications for the High School and Commercial School preparatory programmes must be submitted separately.
- Following the announcement of Central Examination Scores (MSP) and completion of pre-registration, our website will publish, in score order, all approved applicationsin a single admissions list . On the first day of final enrolment, students will be enrolled up to the school's capacity during the hours stated in the admissions schedule.
- The school may request information from parents regarding admissions procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law.
- Parents must present official identification and the documents required to access the Ministry of National Education systems during admissions.
- A student who does not enrol when their turn is reached will lose their right to final enrolment.
- If places remain available, enrolment will continue from the next position on the list. The list of students entitled to enrol will be published on our website.
- This procedure will continue throughout the admissions period until all places are filled .
- Under our Institutional Regulations, approved by the General Directorate of Private Educational Institutions of the Ministry of National Education on 11 February 2026, admission to our preparatory classes for 2026/27 will be based on the LGS High School Entrance Examination administered by the Ministry of National Education and the MSP Central Examination Score.
- Students whose scores meet or exceed the school's published MSP minimum score may apply for pre-registration online. Applications will be checked, approved and ranked. Starting with the highest-scoring student, final enrolment for 2026/27 will be completed up to the school's capacity, provided that enrolment requirements are met. On our pre-registration list, MSP if Central Examination Scores are equal, priority is given to the younger student; if the tie remains, the earlier application takes priority.
- Parents of enrolled students wishing to proceed directly to Year 9 without attending the preparatory year must submit a petition. These students must pass the proficiency examinations in Turkish and German held at the beginning of September with a score of at least 70 in each subject. Students who do not pass attend the preparatory class.
- Admissions are conducted by the School Admissions Committee, appointed by the school. It consists of the School Principal, Turkish Chief Deputy Principal, Deputy Principal and an administrative officer. All admissions procedures are documented by the committee.
2 - Admissions Office
Entry to the school courtyard for enrolment is controlled through the Large Green Gate at Bereketzade Medresesi Street No. 8, Karaköy. A maximum of three people—the student and both parents—may enter for each student entitled to enrol. As the waiting area is outdoors in the school courtyard, please come prepared.
3 - Enrolment Requirements

Under Article 56(3)(a) of the Ministry of National Education Regulation on Private Educational Institutions, candidates who withdraw after completing final enrolment are charged 10% of the annual tuition fee (TRY 150,000 for instalment payments or TRY 136,000 for payment in full) as the school's retained fee. The remaining 90% is refunded: for instalment payments, TRY 440,000 − TRY 150,000 = TRY 290,000; for payment in full, TRY 1,360,000 − TRY 136,000 = TRY 1,224,000. These candidates may not apply for enrolment again later. For students who withdraw after the school year begins, refunds are calculated under the Regulation on Private Educational Institutions.
NOTE:
Transfers will be processed according to the Ministry of National Education's 2026 Preference and Placement Schedule for Secondary Education Institutions Admitting Students by Examination. Parents must carry out transfer procedures in person.

Students on the main list who are entitled to final enrolment will be enrolled on Monday, 13 July 2026, from 09:00 to 11:00.

6 - Information on Free or Discounted Tuition
Our school does not award tuition discounts solely on the basis of academic achievement. Applications for free or discounted tuition are assessed primarily on the family's financial circumstances.
Students enrolling in preparatory classes in 2026–27 whose families apply for discounted tuition due to financial need will, depending on the assessment, receive a discount for five years.
To continue receiving discounted tuition throughout the five years of education, the following conditions must be met:
- The family's total monthly income must not exceed the ceiling determined each year using the applicable coefficient; supporting documents are required.
- The student's average grade must be at least 70.00, with no failing grades.
- The student must not receive any disciplinary penalty.
- The parent must apply within the specified period every year

Parents considering an application for a discount can save time by preparing the required documents in advance. The application form is available as a PDF file. Parents must scan the completed forms and required documents and send the complete set to principal(at)sgaustriank12tr.com, which will be activated immediately after the announcement of Central Examination Scores (MSP) and minimum admission scores on Friday, 10 July 2026. The submission deadline is 15:00 on Saturday, 11 July 2026. Following the preliminary assessment, parents selected for a short online interview via Zoom will be informed of the date and time.
Students entitled to enrol whose families have applied for discounted tuition will receive a discount according to the assessment outcome. Parents will be informed before final enrolment.
If a student approved for free or discounted tuition does not complete final enrolment when their turn is reached, they cannot use that discount entitlement in a later enrolment period.
No repeat application may be submitted on behalf of a student whose application for free or discounted tuition has already been assessed, whether approved or declined.
